Great show and venue, but new venue is a little disorganized

The band as always it was fantastic! The venue is very nice, and sound quality was excellent inside the building. We kept getting mixed signals from the staff. On seating we purchased upgraded seating while standing in line outside after having purchased our original tickets we were told by three different employees. We could sit in the back at tables, or upfront on either side. I waited for two hours in line to be able to get a good table. This was difficult as I recently had knee replacement surgery. About 15 minutes before they opened the doors a worker came up and told us to go to the back of the line which had about 75 people in it because we didn’t have VIP seats. This was after previous employees had told us to go ahead and get in line which we did, I told them I would not go to the end of the line, but would let all VIP persons go in front of me since they paid more than I did once we finally got inside we selected a table and sat down 10 minutes later, another employee came up and said we had the wrong colored wristbands for those seats. We were told to go to the back of the venue , this was very irritating as we almost did not get a table. Other than this, it was a fantastic concert.
